Since its founding in 1996, Semicore has been an industry leading coating and specialized vacuum systems supplier. Working with many areas such as electronics, academics, optical, solar energy, medical, automotive, military and related high technology industries, has enabled Semicore to build equipment to meet the customer’s specific application needs and still meet tight specifications regarding safety and controls. Over the years, Semicore has integrated new technologies into our standard system platforms as well as develop new custom systems entirely to meet specific customer requirements. HIPIMS and reactive sputtering technologies along with the introduction of a new “tribology” coating system and cluster tool are just a few examples of the advancements. Taking a customer-centered approach, Semicore works with the customer to create system specifications and evaluate the functional and financial impacts of potential technologies and processes. Using a collaborative development process with the customer allows us to deliver optimized solutions that exceed expectations.
