Bringing new technologies to market requires a deep knowledge of process control and system design. Scaling up a process from the lab to pilot or mass production is a perilous journey and requires an experienced group of engineers to succeed. GP Plasma offers materials modeling, custom system design and build, and system retrofit services to meet such needs. We have experience (re)building batch, roll-to-roll and inline systems with technical expertise in the areas of PVD, PECVD, MOCVD, and ALD. We’ll present several examples of successful system retrofits and builds as well as our technical services.
