GP Plasma has a load locked vertical inline coater capable of coating 500 mm x 1300 mm x 17.5 mm substrates. The system is equipped with a linear ion source, a PECVD source and magnetron sputtering (including HIPIMS). Substrates can be heated to 200C. The entrance and exit to the coater are both in a cleanroom space. We are now offering contract manufacturing and R&D on the coater. The system can also be leased for independent research activities.
