INFICON Zevision IMC300 deposition controller represents the next generation of its predecessor, XTC/3, with precision control technology for optical coaters, featuring the innovative ModeLock measurement system. This system significantly enhances reproducibility and uniformity, offering vastly improved thickness accuracy, measurement resolution, and decreased rate noise. By significantly extending crystal life -- often lasting more than twice as long as conventional frequency counting controllers -- the IMC300 enhances uptime and throughput while lowering consumable costs.
Seamless system integration is a hallmark of the IMC300, with full XTC/3 backward compatibility and soon-to-be-released flexible logic control, plus the capability to control multiple sources simultaneously using a single controller. The user-friendly touchscreen interface and simplified ASCII-based serial communication streamline software development and system operation.
Designed for longevity and adaptability, the IMC300 supports on-site firmware and hardware upgrades with easy installation via front-panel USB and option cards. To ensure uninterrupted operation, optional after-care plans provide extended warranty coverage and access to loaner units during servicing.
By combining cutting-edge measurement precision, cost-saving efficiency, and user-centric design, INFICON Zevision IMC300 sets a new standard in optical coating technology, minimizing integration challenges and maximizing system performance.
