Once you’re in the presentation room, there is a chat box on the lower right corner. You can post your questions there and we’ll give it to the moderator to ask the presenter. Please note that there is a limited time for Q&A so if we apologize if we didn’t get to your question.

  • On the navigation bar go to Full agenda.
  • You’ll see tabs listing the agenda listed by day. You can also sort by presentation name, session type and speaker.

All presentations take place in Eastern Daylight Time/EDT (UTC -4:00).

We are unable to share the actual presentation deck in its original format. If a presenter has opted to publish the manuscript or the PowerPoint presentation in our Conference Proceedings which are published in autumn you can find it there as the Conference Proceeding will be posted online and access to the Conference Proceedings is free, You may also try to reach out directly to the individual presenter to request a copy.

You’ll find the posters on the navigation bar under Posters. Right now this area only has the description of the poster and the author. Once the conference is live, you'll be able to access the posters. At this point you'll also be able to email the author if you have any questions.

Yes. You can sign up until the day of the tutorial. Visit the tutorial website to register.

There are two ways to request a copy. You can email Jacque Matanis to request an invoice.

You can also sign in into your registration then click on the red Continue button. It will bring you to your receipt. Once there you can print or email yourself the receipt.

For our live conferences, we do have exhibiting opportunities. However for this virtual conference there is not an exhibiting component. SVC is a membership organization and we’d be happy to have you join. For information about our membership offerings and sponsorship opportunities, please contact Frank Zimone, the SVC’s Executive Director.
