In 2025 we will meet in-person at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Situated in the heart of Nashville, the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center allows you to hit all the high notes of Music City. The landmark Nashville hotel is just minutes from Nashville International Airport and a short drive or riverboat cruise from downtown Nashville. The resort invites you to experience a host of entertainment and fun while in Nashville.

We have secured an extremely attractive conference lodging rate of $269 + tax/night (resort fee included). A limited number of Premium rooms are available for $319.00 USD/night (resort fee included). These rooms are available until April 24.

Marvel at the gorgeous gardens, sparkling waterways and cascading waterfalls. The hotel is easily accessible to Music City's legendary attractions, including the Grand Ole Opry®, Ryman Auditorium®, Wildhorse Saloon® and the General Jackson® Showboat.

In order for us to secure meeting and exhibition space of this quality, we must commit to a sizable room block and if we come up "short", we are contractually obligated to pay for every unused room night at the full price! As you can imagine, that is an incredible financial commitment, one that we are happy to do in order to provide the experience that everyone expects from an SVC TechCon. This year, we have adopted a proactive protocol, first implemented in 2023, that averted the threat of attrition for the first time in over 10 years. Understanding the rationale behind the “process” will help you understand the sequence of events as you secure hotel accommodations and your conference registration.

During conference registration, you'll be asked for a hotel confirmation code. You’ll need this confirmation code to secure the lower conference rate (a $300 savings). If you did not book your hotel room yet, you can do so online. If you book your hotel room else where, or can not provide the Gaylord Opryland confirmation code, you will be directed to a pricing structure that is $300 higher. This policy does not apply to those who register as “exhibit visitors" or "tutorial only” participants. This $300 allows us to establish a reserve that is used to offset any attrition costs we experience and allows all of our conference participants the flexibility to stay at a location of their choosing.

If you register for the conference at the higher rate and subsequently make your hotel reservations at the Gaylord Opryland, then we will be delighted to refund the difference directly to you! Just let Jacque Matanis know by email, provide her with your Gaylord Opryland registration details and the refund will be promptly issued. The easiest thing to do is to plan your schedule for the TechCon before you start the registration process so you can make your hotel reservation and conference registration in a streamlined manner.
